For those requiring custom functionality the VS-100P has been designed to be extensible and the framework supports customisation of its standard user interface and core engine through a powerful Widget plug-in system.

Communications Protocols

The VS-100P Tag Manager provides a very simple mechanism for exposing data to third-party devices such as PLCs, with build in support for OPC, TCP/IP and RS232, Siemens S7.

Peripheral Management

Support for single point automated production change-over. The frameworks powerful and easy to use drag n drop Data Entry Designer allows for rapid creation of variable data entry screens and can also manage transmission of this data to production peripherals such as production printers.

User Access Control

Includes individual username and password login via Active Directory or Local Database. Support for Operator, Technicians, Supervisers, Engineer and Administrator Access Levels.
